How it works
- Sign in with the email address you used to place your order. We'll email you a 6-digit code (no password needed).
- Choose your order and tap Request return.
- Select the item(s), the quantity and your reason, then submit.
- We review your request and email you to let you know if it's approved. Once approved, we'll arrange courier collection.
Before you start
- Full-priced items: requests must be logged within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, with original labels, packaging and accessories.
- Sale, Vault, Clearance and Outlet items, and swimsuits, earrings, caps and underwear, can't be returned. See our policy for details.
- Didn't get the code? Check your spam folder, and make sure you're using the same email you ordered with.
